Robus launch own Incorporated Cell Company (‘ICC’)
Robus is delighted to announce the incorporation of Robus Insurance (Guernsey) ICC Limited. ICCs are like PCCs and can be used for the same purposes and have the same advantages, however each Cell is a separate legal entity which allows Cells to contract with each other.
ICCs are commonly used for Insurance Linked Securitisation and more recently to facilitate pension longevity swap transactions. The incorporation of Robus’ own ICC means we can now provide clients with direct access to Cells as well as advice, support and management of the Cell and associated business.
If you would like to know more about ICCs, please see our dedicated ICC webpage here, or contact us as we would love to discuss your requirements with you.
