Collaborating with experts in coaching, communication, diversity and inclusion, human resources, leadership, personal development, and talent management, Neuro Vitality ensures that all the unique needs of companies are met.

The Collaboration with Neuro Vitality

Neuro Vitality, led by Janice Benning, a course developer, coach, and trainer, has played a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health awareness and personal resilience of our staff at Robus Gibraltar. The comprehensive training programs delivered by Neuro Vitality have empowered our team with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of mental health in and out of the workplace.

Mental Health First Aiders at Robus Gibraltar

As a result of our commitment to mental health, several members of our team have undergone training to become recognised Mental Health First Aiders. This group includes Mark Hubbard, Director, and Head of Operations and Bethany MacKenzie, Risk and Compliance Specialist.

The Role of Mental Health First Aiders

In the workplace, the role of a Mental Health First Aider is crucial. These individuals serve as points of contact for employees who may be experiencing mental health issues or emotional distress. Mark Hubbard

Mark joined Robus Gibraltar in August 2022 as the Head of Operations. He is also a member of the Gibraltar Board. Mark has over 20 years of Financial Services experience, and for the 5 years immediately prior to joining Robus, he worked for the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) as a Regulatory Prudential & Intensive Supervision Manager. Mark’s responsibilities include leading the finance department including workflow, acting as the lead on certain engagements with the GFSC and supporting the team on technical matters.

Bethany Mackenzie

Bethany is a Risk & Compliance Specialist in our Gibraltar office. She has strong administrative background starting her career in the Armed Forces as a Command Clerk and then working as a Personal Assistant at Hassans International Law Firm and Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
