Ronan Ryan joins Robus as MD of Malta office

We are delighted to announce that Ronan Ryan, ACII, has joined Robus Group as Managing Director of the Malta office.

Ronan is a highly accomplished senior executive with 20 year’s extensive experience in the EU and international insurance/reinsurance markets. A seasoned executive with broad experience across a range of business disciplines.

“I joined Robus because of the quality of the people and their entrepreneurial style and approach to business,” says Ronan.

“Robus’s status as an independently owned insurance management company, unattached to a broker, allows an extra level of flexibility in the way they meet the needs of their clients. I’m excited for this next challenge!”

Ronan has over 15 years senior hands on involvement of independent Insurance & Reinsurance Captive Management operations. He has been involved in all aspects of insurance management covering underwriting, reinsurance, corporate governance, risk and regulatory compliance and will be a great asset to the Robus offering in Malta.

From our European hub in Malta we provide services to captive insurers, open market insurers and reinsurers and intermediaries. Our propositions can support our clients through the phases of feasibility, formation, ongoing management, transformation and if required, finality solutions.
